Exquisite, mid century piece of quality Italian Art Glass by Galliano Ferro.
This amazing Italian Murano glass geode bowl has the luscious colours of pink sommerso in alexandrite colour changing glass. It has a band of pink in pink alexandrite glass which looks stunning during the daylight but under fluorescent light dramatically changes to a baby blue colour. It has 8 crater like dimples on all the sides which give a spectacular effect when you look through the rim. The bowl is heavy and substantial in form, colour and weight.
